Mr. Guédez Forero graduated from Santa Maria University with a degree in Law (2008). He furthered his education with a postgraduate degree in Procedural Law from the Central University of Venezuela. He served as associate counsel III in Administrative Courts for eight years, specifically in the president’s office of the First Administrative Court. Later on, he served as public defender for five years, working as Fourth public defender with jurisdiction over administrative matters in the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, and then as coordinator of the Public defense Regional Department of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas. In addition, he has been a speaker in different courses and talks on procedural law and public defense in the Public Defense School. Mr. Guédez Forero has taken different courses on space law (Supreme Court of Justice) and administrative law (Executive Office of Justices).
