An attorney from the Central University of Venezuela (1990). He is currently pursuing a specialization in International Policy and Law at the Central University of Venezuela. He was an Assistant Attorney (1996-2001) and director of common offenses of the Public Prosecutor's Office (2001-2004). Ramon has been a member of the teaching staff at the Metropolitan University for undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as in the Institute of Advanced Studies of the Public Prosecutor’s Office. He participated in the International Visitor Program of the United States State Department. Ramon was likewise involved in different cases with police forces of the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, or and Italy. Training to the federal prosecutors of the United States.
