Ms. Rodríguez graduated from the Central University of Venezuela with a degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law. She worked in the public sector as public defender of the Supreme Court of Justice, attorney of litigation department, administrative and constitutional matters, of the Attorney-General's Office, relator of the Political Administrative Division and First and Second Courts for Administrative Matters. Ms. Rodríguez also excelled as legal counsel of the Judicial Control Management of the Legal Department of Banesco, Banco Universal C.A.

Ms. Rodríguez has taken different legal courses and workshops, including expository and argumentative legal writing at the Foundation for Research, Training, and Development of Prosecutors.
